UI-7, the University of Illinois' student news channel, features a wide variety of programs including weekly, live, 30-minute television and radio broadcasts that are produced, directed and written by broadcast journalism students at Illinois.

Under the direction of Professor Charles 'Stretch' Ledford, I produced an award-winning short video series documenting the effects that the Affordable Care Act had on certain individuals and groups in the Greater Champaign Area. My short video on Jim Bean (seen below), took first place in the 2018 Society of Professional Journalists Region 5 Mark of Excellence Contest.
